Cancellation Policy

I’m excited to have you book a recording session at my studio, and we totally understand that life can sometimes throw a curveball. I want to be as flexible and accommodating as possible while also ensuring a smooth experience for all of our clients.

Here’s my cancellation policy to help us achieve this balance:

1. Booking Confirmation: To secure your session, I require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. This helps us guarantee that the studio is reserved exclusively for you during your scheduled time.

2. Flexibility: I get it – schedules can change. i’ll do my best to work with you in case you need to move your session. Just give me a heads-up at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled time, and I’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session within 48 hours of the original time, I’ll consider it on a case-by-case basis. I’ll do my best to fill the spot with another client and, if successful, may offer a rescheduling option without any extra charges.

4. Cancellations: If you have to cancel your session entirely, I won’t be able to refund the 50% deposit, but I hope to see you again soon. Life happens, and I understand.

5. Remaining Payment: The other 50% of your payment is due upon your arrival and the start of your session. I accept Card and Bank transfers however the funds will have had to have cleared before the session for direct deposits.

6. Late Arrival: If you’re running late, please give me a heads-up. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but please understand that your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client.
